To ensure that our purchases of goods and services are considered and selected in a fair, proper and efficient manner, we conduct purchasing in accordance with a set of procurement policy and procedures. When the purchase exceeds a certain value level, we introduce an open tender system under which a tender document is issued. Procedures are also in place to govern the opening, evaluation and approval of proposals submitted.
Tender documents (English only) of recent jobs or projects are listed below. Interested parties are welcome to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements in the tender documents.
